Hi everyone and thanks for visiting my blog now this blog is for anyone who's on the D4 thermal shock 120cap's i will be posting up what i do the effects on me and you can do the same we can exchange daily tips,tricks,etc.....Our main goal is to lose the weight  now and forever ..p.s my friend was on  these and lost 20-25lbs  and I'm pumped  up right now I've worked out ,cut back and sort of watched what i ate I'm not going to lie it sucks we all need a little booster .So this is my SHOCK of a booster lol

    Bf: instant oatmeal + slice whole wheat
    11:00Apple
    12:30pm 1/2 of oats n honey nature valley bar
    LN: instant potatoes + roast beef 2Oz
    2:30 1/2 nature valley

    My side effect was filling like i was going to through up so i listened to my body and ate something side effect ended


    Dinner: 1/2 of slice thin steak,rice,and veges i was still a little hungry so i did eat like 3 scoops of ice cream hunger pain was ended


    My workouts: 45 min in the gym i usually do 2hr but the pills had my heart rate up i felt the burn on all machine i sweated like crazy my shirt was socked

    oh yea and 1 more thing my pill intake was at 10am 6hr later i took my second one at 4pm

    11am apple

    LN:steak veges & rice plus orange

    2:30 nature valley oats & honey

    6pm dont judge me hot pocket i felt hungry and wanted to put something in my stomach before i worked out

    Dinner:I didnt really cut back i was in the studio so i snacked

    my workout was 1hr of walking
    water intake was 64oz
